14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Tier 1, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your payment — monthly, yearly, or founding member. No questions asked.

Founding Member Purchases

The founding member purchase is a one-time payment for permanent Tier 1 access, covered by the same 14-day guarantee. If you are refunded, your Tier 1 access ends and your seat returns to the pool for someone else. Founding member access is tied to your account and cannot be transferred or resold.

What "Lifetime" Means

Founding member access lasts for as long as Chess Genie operates — it is the lifetime of the service, not a guarantee of any fixed number of years. If we ever shut Chess Genie down we will give at least 60 days' notice and let you export your data. If that happens within 12 months of your purchase, we will refund you in full.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to the address below from the email associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

After 14 Days

After the 14-day window we do not issue refunds. On a monthly or yearly plan you may cancel at any time and keep Tier 1 until the end of the period you have paid for. Founding member purchases are not refundable after the window and are not pro-rated.
