1. The Service

ChessGenie provides an online chess training platform. By using the service you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Tier 1 Subscription

Tier 1 membership is billed monthly (€5/month) or yearly (€50/year). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your billing page — access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for partial billing periods. To request a refund, contact us at the address below.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform. Automated access without permission is prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and applicable European Union regulations.
