1. The Service

ChessGenie provides an online chess training platform. By using the service you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Tier 1 Membership

Tier 1 is available as a monthly subscription (€5/month), a yearly subscription (€50/year), or a one-time founding member purchase (€99). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time via your billing page and access continues until the end of the paid period. The founding member purchase does not renew and grants Tier 1 for as long as Chess Genie operates. Founding member seats are limited and access is tied to your account.

4. Refunds

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your payment, on any plan. After 14 days no refunds are issued, including for partial billing periods and for founding member purchases. A refunded founding member purchase ends Tier 1 access and returns the seat. To request a refund, contact us at the address below.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform. Automated access without permission is prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and applicable European Union regulations.
